With a diverse working background including hospitality, graphic artist, scientist, and administration roles, Ailsa has always enjoyed meeting, and working with people from different backgrounds and walks of life.
This experience has gifted Ailsa with a kind nature and many skills. She has become a valued member of the Conexson team with the capacity to cover multiple regions.
With the enormous support & patience she has received from her Conexson colleagues, members, and clients, she is thoroughly enjoying learning about, and working in, the care support sector.

When not working, Ailsa enjoys music (especially old-school punk) and settling into her role as crazy cat lady with her 2 moggies.
