Interacting with people, building relationships with people, learning from people, influencing, coaching and leading people - she puts people, relationships and integrity at the forefront of what she does; striving to develop those she works with and seeking to understand areas that she may be able to better herself through a strong desire to work closely with people.

This has led Cei to work in many countries and across many industries ranging from travel to manufacturing to logistics with a few unexpected ones in between. A values driven professional with over 20 years of experience wearing multiple hats, Cei always maintains focus on the highest quality standards while being very customer centric.

As much as Cei is passionate about developing those around her, she is passionate about a sense of achievement. She has travelled to over 110 countries, completed in many adventure races, wandered the globe covering over 10,000 kms on foot and climbing a few big mountains (literally and figuratively!). After riding showjumpers on the international stage Cei still ride horses most days and love that it keeps her strong and sensitive. Cei is constantly striving to live a fuller life.
