After graduating with a degree of Bachelor of Science Major in Financial Management, Francia’s been working in a shared service industry for more than 6 years. In her early career, she was a compensation and benefits specialist for one of the well-known BPO’s in the Philippines. And since her passion is analyzing and calculating numbers, she took a challenge to shift career as a payroll specialist.

Francia currently has most experience in doing AU payroll from end-to-end process. She handles payroll for AU’s engineering firm. Her being goal-driven and eager for new things and challenges has helped her achieve whatever she wants to achieve. Interests while not working is watching Netflix, reading e-novels and spending time with family while relaxing.
