Shelomith was born in Papua New Guinea but grew up in Canberra, she has recently made the move up to Queensland with her family. She has experience in the aged care sector having worked in a residential aged care facility for 5 years. She has recently worked in aviation security thus increasing her customer service skills.

Shelomith is an avid rugby league fan, and her weekends are either spent at the football field supporting her local footy team or spending time with her friends and family.
